Flexible weekly options

Select beds may be available on a weekly payment schedule. Availability and eligibility vary.

Administrative fee$250

Payment plans may be available in certain circumstances.

An approved plan may divide the administrative fee across up to three months. If a resident leaves before the fee is fully paid, the unpaid balance carries forward and will be due if the resident returns. Approval is not automatic.

Calm Waters does not charge for medical care, personal care, treatment, or case management because those services are not provided.

We do not provide assisted living, adult foster care, medical care, hands-on personal care, treatment, detoxification, emergency shelter, or clinical case management.
