This website and the Calm Waters Independent Living program are operated by Mercurial Solutions LLC. References to “Calm Waters,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Mercurial Solutions LLC and the Calm Waters Independent Living program.
Information we collect
We may collect contact information, housing needs, independent-living information, funding information, application status details, referral-professional information, property information and property photos, communication permissions, review requests, resource corrections, and other information submitted through our forms.
How we use information
We use submitted information to issue receipts, apply the published application workflow, route uncertain or accommodation-related answers to staff, communicate with applicants and specifically authorized referral professionals, evaluate program fit, availability, and submitted properties, maintain audit history, and operate the program.
Automated prescreen records
When an objective prescreen rule applies, the system records the rule, version, submitted fact used, reason code, explanation, status change, and generated notices. Authorized staff may override or reopen a decision with a recorded rationale.
Sharing and protection
We limit access to people and service providers who need the information for program operations. Submitted property photos are kept in private storage and are available through the authorized staff command center. Applicant information is not broadcast to unrelated caseworkers. We may disclose information when authorized, required by law, or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Status lookup and email
The private tracker requires an application ID, last name, and phone number. Email notices may include application status and next-step information, so applicants should use an address they control.
