Authorized updates only
Caseworker notices are sent only to the specific attached professional when the referral indicates that the applicant authorized updates. Calm Waters does not broadcast applicant information to all caseworkers or partner accounts. The applicant can choose communication preferences and may change or withdraw permission.
Referral process
- Confirm the applicant understands the furnished shared-housing model.
- Use the caseworker path and provide the applicant's own contact information.
- Record the agency, your direct contact details, and applicant authorization.
- Save the application ID and follow the status or requested-information instructions.
- Use Great Lakes Housing Network or Community Resources when Calm Waters is not the appropriate model.
