Residents have a furnished sleeping space inside a shared home. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and household routines may be shared.
What “shared” means

Daily living
Calm Waters is designed for residents who can manage daily life independently. Residents are responsible for personal care, medications, simple meals, appointments, transportation planning, and emergency decisions or calling for help. Reasonable accommodations may be discussed, but Calm Waters does not provide hands-on care or clinical services.
House expectations
- Respect other residents, their belongings, and shared spaces.
- Follow the written house rules, quiet hours, guest rules, safety rules, and cleaning expectations provided before move-in.
- Communicate concerns through the appropriate resident or staff channel.
- Pay agreed housing charges on time under the signed agreement.
- Do not assume website photos show the exact room or furnishings offered.
Moving into shared housing
- Read the room facts, cost, move-in date, and response deadline in the written offer.
- Review the house rules and ask questions before accepting.
- Confirm payment documents, identification, emergency contact, and move-in transportation.
- Bring only approved belongings that fit the assigned storage space.
- Complete the move-in orientation and inventory of the assigned space.
