Professional referrals should also include the referrer's name, organization, phone, and email.
Documents That May Be Requested Later
Depending on the actual housing option, later steps may require identity or property-specific documents, payment or funding verification, applicable resident or occupancy agreements, written room/rate/fee/payment information, or other documents relevant to the actual move-in.
Proof of Income or Funding
Do not treat an expected payment source as confirmed funding. When third-party payment is involved, the applicable authorization may need to be verified before the housing arrangement is finalized.
