The Calm Waters housing model
Furnished shared housing
Residents share common areas and may share a furnished bedroom, depending on the verified opening.
Independent daily living
Applicants must be able to manage personal care, medications, meals, and ordinary routines independently.
Location-specific availability
Requests are accepted throughout Michigan. Operated housing is offered only where a specific opening is verified.
